Done Stitching

I have finally finished the stitching on this PS Santa afghan, now just need to figure out how to finish it off,any suggestions would be appreciated.  Should I back it  or just leave it with all the stitchy mess showing on the back?

Now it off to work on some more of those pesky WIPS.  How is it they just seem to accumulate, or is it just me that has that problem?
